CNC system is new style on quilting machine area,has below functions:
1)Remote net working fuction,machine can be connected with the network for remote monitoring the remote software upgrade.
2)The machine head have lifting and down function in three modes:Lifting when starting work, lifting when finishing work,close lifting.
3)Automatic trimmer, start trimmer,finishing trimmer,stop trimmer
4)Pattern optimization function,the software can re-optimize the fitting after analyzing the customers original design to get better quality.
5)Head automatic lifting at the end of processing. frame is fixed more firmly,that can improve the quality of quilting.
6)Deviation alarm function:automatically alarm and stop when the tension frame and the nose are offset to prevent the tension.
7)Low air pressure alarm function,the software detects the air pressure when quilting to avoid machine not working stability because of low air pressure
8)Strong current disconnection alarm function,when the strong current is disconnected,the alarm prompts and clears the zero return state to prevent the machine from deflection.
9)servo independent alarm function ,directly report the faulty servo number,which help to quickly locate and solve the problem.
10)high quality quilting,sharp corners and no deformation.
11)high speed ,and change sewing direction no low speed.
12)Automatic trimmer speed high 300rpm

when you installing the machine, there are one box,there are all tools,tape sensors etc,you even no need to use your owen parts/accessories,then can install the machine.for NYL series,need about ONE day on installing
